Bro. You think Lor and I are the only good Samaritan mutants in the world? I guarantee hundreds of non-visible mutants donate blood a day, if not plasma because it's a great way to get some quick cash if you're broke (I never did, but I have friends who have). If anyone's ever been hurt by mutant blood, it's SOMEWHERE in a news clip on the internet (and I mean legit, not Brietbart or the screaming dude I unfortunately share a name with), and EVERYONE would be talking about how some mutant is poisoning blood supplies. Stuff like that would NOT fly under the radar. They'd already be testing every single person who walks through the door for the x-gene.
But they're not. They're basing it on visible mutants, because they don't have proof mutant blood actually effects people. If they did it would've hit the news years ago. Donating blood plasma has been the poor man's way of making a quick buck for years, and donating blood gets you free food (cookies, but food is food. And some of those cookies are damn good).
