Hmmmmmmmmmmm. That's an interesting question actually. I guess TECHNICALLY they're aliens because they're not native to Earth? That's what an alien is, right?

Well, I wasn't going to the whole "blame us for everything" aspect, but it makes sense that people would think "aliens" when confronted with something different and also makes sense that others would then tell that person "hallucinations/delusional"??? Easier to write off as a particularly potent imagination.
